
4:40 My forearms tend to get sore after barbell rows often more than my actual back muscles.Does it mean I have weak forearms or am I doing the rows incorectly?I dont use straps on anything at all.
7:34 Jason you always talk about big barbell movements and weighted body weight movements as being the best. What about exercises like facepulls, and various core movements. Do they not make the list for “best exercises”?
